RS232 communication

Hello,

I have pluged my PC with the RS232 port of a FT215TMCAPOFHBOB monitor and I have send hexadecimal command 0x697600 indicated baud rate 38400 / data bot : 8 / bit stop 1 with no success. I have tested the other command to get infomation (not set) and I got no answer too. Is there something I miss ?
